We use Australia Post Parcel Bags so you can expect to receive your order within 3-7 business days from when we send it.  All parcels have a trackable ID which we will send to you once your order has been posted.

All stock is personally stored and dispatched from our office in Queensland, Australia – NOT from overseas.

Returns

On the rare occasion that your order arrives faulty, we are happy to replace it on return of the original unused item.  Please contact us to discuss.

Exchanges

If you have ordered the wrong item, wrong size, or have changed your mind, we are happy to exchange your order once you have returned the original unused item to us.  We will post the new item to you at your expense.  Please contact us to discuss.
